The room was clean and tidy, location was good for attractions near Kuta. The environmental friendly approach to providing fresh drinking water in the rooms :-).

Its a great hotel, there is nothing negative to say really… room is nice, bed is really comfy… I just do not like Kuta… when asking the hotel staff if I could rebook my stay to the end of my holiday (its pretty close to the airport) they were really nice and accepted my request. I was able to leave Kuta and stay there again for my last night on Bali… really appreciate their flexibility

Friendly staffs, great location where you can find spa, beauty salon, restaurants and bars, mall, convenience store in front and around the hotel. Decent breakfast and comfortable bed. Room and toilet are quite big. We also got rooms in front of swimming pool.

The deluxe pool access was perfect on the ground floor with the patio to the pool. Alit was great in upgrading us to a much better room for our surprise birthday weekend

Everything. Huge room, clean, lovely staff. Quiet room end of passage.best roof top pool. Never busy. Can sit in pool or lay on the sun lounges and watch the planes coming n going. Hotel is on the beach n near so many restaurants n spas

We have stayed before and definitely value for money. We only stayed one night as we arrived late and liked that it was close to airport and they had 24hr reception making check-in easier. Rooms are nice and clean.

Great location, Kartika Plaza, lots of restaurants close by, good shopping, not far from beach, very nice breakfast and many options, close to airport, great value for money, recommend to all

Breakfast had an amazing selection everyday. Rooms are very comfortable, air cons work. Amazing view and pool is fantastic. Right in the heart of Kuta, couple minutes walk from everything you could need. Amazing hotel.
